• Instructions for oral presentation
- Total presentation time will be 20 minutes including Q&A. Please allow 3 to 5 min for the discussion after your presentation.
- It is strongly recommended to bring your presentation material with the latest version of MS Office PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat on a USB flash drive and use the provided laptop.
- Please save the PowerPoint presentation file with “Save Options> Embed fonts in the file.” to minimize the trouble from font available on site.
- Please test your presentation material during the coffee-break prior to the allocated session.
- The presenting author must register the conference.
